Retro-Reflectivity Launch—Radically Reduce The Need For Rework!
Spec-Rite’s new reflectivity features are here! Flawlessly manage, visualize, and report on your reflectivity readings from the same place as your application data:
- Master Reflectivity Management – Easily import reflectometer file batches to SRO for secure storage. Access and analyze reflectivity data alongside your application data in a single platform for a holistic understanding of your operations.
- Craft Tailored Reports – Choose the metrics you care about. Include custom maps & graphs for a complete performance overview.
- Pinpoint Problem Areas – Leverage mapping tools to combine application and reflectivity data. Pinpoint quality gaps to generate a plan of attack.

How It Works:
After you’ve downloaded the files from your reflectometer, you’re ready to upload a file or batches of files to Spec-Rite Online. These files are imported on the Jobs page and live under the Retro tab. Now that your retro files are in Spec-Rite, you can create Reflectivity reports & view the readings in the Skyview mapping tool.
When you’re creating a Retro report, you can use the standard template provided in the portal or create a Custom Template to use. Once you’ve got your template, you’ll follow the same process for creating a report you do with paint data. Name the report, provide the date range, choose the job and click save. When it’s ready for export, the report appears in your Retro tab on the Reports page.
To visualize your reflectivity results on the map, open a new layer and switch from Application to Retroreflectivity. With retro layers, you can view readings for an entire time period or drill down to a specific direction on a particular pattern. A retro layer can also be overlaid with an Application layer.
